1. Mr. Chris Okafor – Msc. Managing Director
Chris, the Managing Director/CEO of Skynet Telecoms Limited, graduated from the University of Ibadan with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and MSC degree, specializing in International Relations.
Mr Okafor has over 25 years extensive experience in Banking, Telecommunications and Advertising sectors of the
Nigerian economy.
Chris is a telecom professional with several years of business experience in the telecommunications industry in
Nigeria and has broad exposure in all aspects of: Opportunity assessment, Product/project management, Logistics
and Procurement ,Industry market management, Sales implementation and support, Alliance management and
contractual agreements.
Over the years, he has accumulated valuable insight, knowledge and know-how to a number of
telecommunications companies’ operational procedures and product line of services including: Intelligent Network
Technology and Services for fixed and mobile operators, Number Portability, and Circuit and Packet Switching
communication network.
He is a Director of several companies including Living the Brand Ltd, Mediadotcom Ltd, and Mobile Innovations Ltd.

Franca Ifeoma Pablo-Amaran, has over 20years experience in leadership roles in sales and marketing spanning Treasury,
International Operations and Human Resources, where she recently left as the Group Head of Human Resources of a
Bank.
A BSc. MBA and Masters degree holder in International Relations and Diplomacy, she is currently concluding another
Masters degree in International Human Resources at the Cranfield University, London.
Francisca is an Alumnus of two first class Business Schools, The Wharton Business School and Ross School of Business,
Michigan both in the United States. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria
3. MRS. NGOZI KAY OKORO, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR-FINANCE & OPERATIONS
Kay received her first degree in Economics from the University of Benin (1985) and an MBA in banking and
Finance from ESUT Business School (1998.). Kay is one the Directors of Cristal Services Limited, a Quality and Environmental Management Consulting Firm.
The Company provides a broad range of quality and environmental management services to help organizations
achieve operational excellence and a zero environmental footprint,
Kay is a Certified ISO 9001 Lead auditor and Environmental Management Systems Assessor and has adapted
and implemented ISO 9000, 17025, and 14000 Standards for many Organisations in the Manufacturing,
Downstream Oil and Gas, Telecommunication and Financial Services sectors.
She has also served as Consultant on various Environmental Management consultancy services such as
Environmental Impact Assessment/Auditing. She is presently the Executive Director, Finance & Operations in
the company.
